The GIS Analyst will support the efforts of transitioning the customer’s multiple parcel datasets from current state to a single, unified dataset. This position will be responsible for researching land records within the customer’s records and performing edits to the GIS parcel dataset(s) to fix identified discrepancies, repair topological errors, and orthorectify misaligned parcel boundaries. The GIS Analyst will utilize ESRI ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) and may transition to ESRI ArcGIS Pro software in later stages of the project. The successful candidate will be provided detailed on-site training on the Customer’s parcel maintenance workflows and land records system.  This is a remote, full time position.
