SoluStaff is actively recruiting an experienced Healthcare Project Manager for an immediate consulting engagement for our client, a large healthcare enterprise in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidates should have strong project management skills, experience managing large projects, and proven competencies in PACS / Imaging implementations.


This is a full-time remote consulting position.


Influenza vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination is required unless medically contraindicated or due to a bona fide religious believe or practice.


  • Manage Imaging Systems projects, particularly PACS
  • Ensure customer SLA’s and KPI’s are monitored and achieved
  • Lead team members to complete projects within timelines and budgets
  • Motivate team members and resolve conflicts
  • Lead client resources to meet project deliverables
  • Develop and implement work plans and schedules
  • Prepare high quality, accurate and effective consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, track issues, and identify issue resolutions
  • Provide project status updates and recommendations for improvement
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule for the project
  • Identify processes to optimize efficiency and integrity of services delivered to external customers
  • Share best practices and lessons learned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field and 3+ years PM experience required
  • PMI Certification is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with proven competencies in managing large projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project
  • Experience managing PACS Systems projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good sense of humor and professionalism when working with a team
