SoluStaff is actively recruiting an experienced full time Senior IT Project Manager, to join the CIO team of a large healthcare enterprise in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate should exhibit the highest degree of expertise in complex project management; and will be responsible for managing, consulting on, and creating a wide variety of complex and strategic project proposals, business cases and content for c-level review and alignment, while providing oversight and direction to other project managers. • Develop strategic business proposals for C-Level audience, including project scope, budget, resource requirements, and justification for complex high visibility projects
• Prepare and deliver strategic business presentations to C Suite and board of directors to gain acceptance and approval
• Engage with the technology division executive leadership to facilitate project transition from kick off to the division implementation team, and assist at key points in critical division-led projects
• Manage, consult, and create a wide variety of complex and strategic project proposals, business cases and content for c-level review and alignment
• Collaborate with program stakeholders at many levels of the organization, including consulting with technology division leadership to advise on the creation of a variety of programs
• Deliver strategic business propels to C Suite and board of directors to gain acceptance and approval
• Provide a high level of communication, content development and strategic project planning expertise, with key focus areas including but not limited to:

  • Community partner portal, delivering data visualizations and content for internal and external audiences

  • Care pathway documentation in partnership with clinical and operational leadership and team’s technical writer

  • Strategic communications and presentations intended for internal and external audiences

  • Coordination of key messages and programs with operational communications

  • Benchmarking and healthcare technology awards and credentials

• Provide direction and oversight of project managers, offering technical and organizational leadership, as needed

• 5+ years proven experience preparing and presenting strategic business proposals to c-suite executives is required
• Degree in computer science, information technology or related field required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, exhibiting a wide degree of creativity and latitude
• 5+ years project management experience required, PMI certification a plus
