SoluStaff is actively recruiting a remote, full-time Microsoft Office 365 Productivity Expert (Power Automate) for our customer, a national specialty construction located in the Philadelphia area. We are seeking a self-motivated IT professional that will develop automation solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for business processes such as Capital Expense Approvals, BYOD Enablement, and others. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience developing, maintaining and improving automation solutions for O365 applications such as Sharepoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, as well as legacy and SAAS business applications (Dynamics, ERP, etc)

  • Identify where applications/technology could be used to solve business problems, improve efficiency, visibility and communication.
  • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to define requirements, develop powerful data driven solutions, and support Power Platform
  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft 365 solutions that include business applications, automated workflow, document management, collaboration, messaging, content management, and dashboards
  • Research and evaluate alternatives considering Power Platform, Microsoft 365, as well as other toolsets, and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution
  • Leverage Power Automate to create business process flows
  • Develop information tools, dashboards, automation flows and queries to monitor and improve business performance
  • Develop, document, and monitor application interfaces and architecture for enterprise applications and related integrations


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Management, or equivalent work experience in the related field
  • Three or more years of experience with Microsoft 365 platform and application or database administration / development or equivalent aggregate experience.
  • Three years’ experience automating simple and complex business processes
  • Experience with Power platform applications: PowerApps & Power Automate (Power BI is not a requirement for this position)
  • Integration experience with connectors (SQL / App Insights)
  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
