SoluStaff is actively recruiting an experienced Identity Management Project Manager for a large healthcare organization in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate must be PMP certified with proven Identity Management Applications implementation and conversion experience. Experience with Epic is a plus for this opportunity to share your best practices and experiences as you lead this client through the conversion of their home-grown application into the implementation of a new Identity Management Application (SailPoint).

This is a full-time consulting position that can be fully remote, fully onsite or hybrid depending on the candidate’s geographic location and preference.

• Lead the conversion and implementation of an Identity Management System Application
• Enable scripting and workflow identification with other applications, including Epic
• Lead team members to complete projects within timelines and budgets
• Motivate team members and resolve conflicts
• Lead client resources to meet project deliverables
• Develop and implement work plans and schedules
• Prepare high quality, accurate and effective consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, track issues and identify issue resolutions
• Provide project status updates and recommendations for improvement
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule for the project
• Identify processes to optimize efficiency and integrity of services delivered to external customers
• Share best practices and lessons learned

• Experience Implementing Identity Management Solutions is required, with knowledge of SailPoint a plus
• Scripting and workflow identification with other applications, including Epic is required
• PMI Certification with minimum 3 years PM experience required
• Strong project management skills with proven competencies in implementation and conversions
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project
• Preferred:
• Experience with enterprise Identity Management solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in healthcare
