SoluStaff is actively recruiting an experienced Application Hosting Project Manager for a large healthcare provider in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be PMP certified with proven competencies in supporting the implementation and support of hosted applications. Healthcare experience, particularly in Emergency Management Systems applications is a plus. This is an opportunity to use your leadership skills and implementation best practices to achieve the development and improvement of implementation procedures.

This is a full-time consulting position and can be fully remote, fully onsite or hybrid depending on the candidate’s geographic location and preference.

• Manage implementation and on-boarding of hosted applications
• Ensure customer SLA’s and KPI’s are monitored and achieved
• Lead team members to complete projects within timelines and budgets
• Motivate team members and resolve conflicts
• Lead client resources to meet project deliverables
• Develop and implement work plans and schedules
• Prepare high quality, accurate and effective consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, track issues, and identify issue resolutions
• Provide project status updates and recommendations for improvement
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule for the project
• Identify processes to optimize efficiency and integrity of services delivered to external customers
• Share best practices and lessons learned

• PMI Certification with minimum 3 years PM experience required
• Strong project management skills with proven competencies in application hosting environments
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
• Experience with Emergency Management Systems applications is a plus
