SoluStaff is actively recruiting for an experienced full time Senior Epic Clinical Business Intelligence Analyst, experienced with EPIC Clarity Data Model, for our Pennsylvania client, a nationally recognized, forward thinking health care organization offering an abundance of opportunity to grow and do great work.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with business intelligence applications and proficiency in SQL and ETL packages, with 7 years preferred.

• Strategic design and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
• Build and ensure that all BI applications meet the customer requirements
• Provide analytic support for the development of key performance indicators (KPI)
• Extract and analyzes data to build business metrics that help the business monitor key programs vital to the organization's success

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Management, or Information Technology
• Experience with Epic Clarity Data Model (Ambulatory, Revenue, HB, PB) required
• Knowledge of business intelligence applications required
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL packages, strategic design of extractions, and data integration process required
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience working with multiple business intelligence tool sets
• Minimum 5 years’ experience building dashboards and advanced reports
• EPIC Certification Required upon hire or within 120 Days of hire
• Able to travel to multiple business locations
• Preferred:
  • 7 years’ progressive experience working with multiple business intelligence tool sets
  • 7 years’ experience building dashboards and advanced reports
