SoluStaff is actively recruiting for an experienced full time Epic Clinical Business Intelligence Analyst, experienced with EPIC Clarity Data Model, for our client, a large healthcare provider in Pennsylvania.  The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working with business intelligence applications and proficiency in SQL and ETL packages.


This is a full-time position with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

  • Strategic design and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
  • Build and ensure that all BI applications meet the customer requirements
  • Provide analytic support for the development of key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Extract and analyzes data to build business metrics that help the business monitor key programs vital to the organization's success


  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Management, or Information Technology
  • Experience with Epic Clarity Data Model (Inpatient) required
  • Ability to understand complex business processes, rules, and business acumen to become a subject matter expert
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expert knowledge of business intelligence applications and modeling concepts required
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL packages, strategic design of extractions, and data integration process required
  • Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience working with multiple business intelligence tool sets
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience building dashboards and advanced reports
  • EPIC Certification Required upon hire or within 120 Days of hire
  • Able to travel to multiple business locations
