SoluStaff is actively recruiting a Web Content Management Analyst for its customer, a large healthcare organization in Harrisburg, PA. The Web Content Management (WCM) Analyst will be responsible for eliciting and documenting the content management and digital experience requirements of various business units, and communicating these requirements to the technical team supporting the implementation and optimization of the Adobe Experience Manager platform.  The WCM Analyst will play a critical role in the transition from our customer’s legacy WCM platform (TeamSite).


  • Meet with customer Business Units to evangelize the WCM platform vision
  • Consult with business units, elicit and document business requirements, and advise business units on the best use of the web content management, asset management, campaign management and other digital asset technologies.
  • Communicate business requirements to technical team (developers, administrators, technical leads)
  • Lead the collaboration with business units and technical teams to design, define, develop and execute digital initiatives
  • foster an understanding of the customer-centric intersection between design, technology, and business
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting service levels.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of requirements & prioritization amongst the stakeholders
  • Work with Developers & QA engineers to design, approve & conduct user acceptance test cases
  • Organize data and connect information from a variety of sources for analysis
  • Lead meetings with senior cross-functional stakeholders, communicate and provide visibility into project priorities, and solution options that drive stakeholder alignment
  • Effectively present business cases for initiatives to senior leadership


  • BS from accredited university (Computer Science degree preferred)
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst supporting Web Content Management implementation and optimization
  • Experience deploying and integrating technology solutions in a large, enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of the functional and technical aspects of web content management, with emphasis on system architecture practices
  • Provide continuous monitoring of the technology to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Experience with web content management solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager, TeamSite, Sitecore, Drupal, or Episerver
  • experience working in an agile development environment
  • Critical thinking skills and effective in requirements gathering
  • Strong communication skills across teams and levels with an emphasis on customer service and stakeholder management
  • Excellent ability to organize information and manage tasks – experience with project collaboration tools a plus
