Overview

SoluStaff is actively recruiting an Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst for its customer, a large government organization in Philadelphia, PA.  Our customer recently implemented the Oracle Human Capital Management solution and is seeking the expertise of a HCM Analyst to help optimize the solution, including the review, evaluation and execution on needed improvements to configuration and quality controls for successful steady-state operation.

Responsibilities

  • Gather detailed business requirements and perform gap analysis, document functional/technical specification documents.
  • Conceptualize, design, and administer business processes, changes, and updates while maintaining appropriate internal controls
  • Implementation and hands on experience in the following Oracle eBusiness Suite HR modules Core HR, OAB, OTL, Payroll, and Payroll Accounting.
  • Design and Develop technical solution for the Extensions, Modifications, and Interfaces.
  • Review and coordinate to correct the technical design and code developed by vendor developers
  • Create & Modify existing BI Publisher reports and ad hoc analysis to Project Director, Project Manager, and others as needed.
  • Assist and support end-user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Act as project lead/SME to create milestones, coordinate deliverables, and provide ‘best practices’ recommendations.
  • Work closely with IT teams to design, build, and maintain efficient API’s, ETL and file based integrations
  • Maintain and improve ERP process documentation, requirements, architectural diagrams, and enhancements roadmap.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years as a SME “Subject Matter Expert” role in Oracle human resource applications.
  • Expert in troubleshooting HR transactions issues within the application & external interfaces.
  • Experience in Oracle EBS R12 is Required
  • Proven working knowledge of ERP, Planning, and Reporting systems (preferably Oracle) with experience writing business requirements, development and documentation of UAT processes, direct set up of master data, updating configurations, and creating complex reports and data updates within the ERP environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of BI Publisher reports, building SQL queries and creating Data Models.
  • Must be committed to accuracy, attention to detail and superior customer service.
  • Good competency in all RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions & Enhancements).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with business partners, project teams and BA’s.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
