SoluStaff is actively recruiting for a Practice Manager for its client, a primary care / specialty practice located in Lewes, DE.  The Practice Manager will be responsible for overall administration and operation of a primary care physician office / specialty practice.

• Responsible for the overall operations, development and success of practice
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures that ensures the practice runs efficiently
• Supervise and oversee daily office operation and staff management.
• Regularly review productivity and make staffing adjustments as needed
• Audit and train front desk on necessary documentation for billing and compliance purposes
• Interview, hire and train new staff in accordance with HR guidelines
• Ensure highest quality of patient care
• Manage office operations to stay within monthly budget and meet monthly revenue goals
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
• Direct management of physicians, providers, and support staff
• Lead customer-based training for staff/physicians
• Oversight and approval of practice supplies and equipment
• Ensure credentialing of all physicians
• Monitors work relative value units for providers
• Optimizes coding and billing/revenue cycle processes
• Manages budget for all cost centers assigned

• 8+ years’ experience in administration / operations role in doctor’s office, group practice, medical clinic, hospital department.
• Experience in all aspects of practice management, with emphasis on financial accounting, general ledger, profit and loss, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and front and back office applications / systems.
• Expertise in various EMR systems and healthcare software applications (eClinicalWorks, NextGen, etc.)
• BS degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Policy Administration, or equivalent, MS preferred
