SoluStaff is actively recruiting a Sharepoint Online Adoption consultant for its customer, a national manufacturing and distribution company, located in greater Philadelphia.  The Sharepoint consultant will be responsible for assessing the business needs of our customer and determining a strategy for facilitating the adoption and integration of Sharepoint Online functions and capabilities into business workflows.  This is a contract position.


  • Participate in and recommend best practices for the implementation of SharePoint portal technology procedures.
  • Provide advice, support and training on any items relating to permissions, site ownership, document management, forms and workflows.
  • Work with end users and development team to define, develop and test solutions to resolve issues and requests. Participate in the analysis to design enhancements or solve existing SharePoint issues
  • Migrate content, workflows and forms to SharePoint 2016 / Office 365
  • Implement and maintain security structures for SharePoint Sites and Users.
  • designing and implementing SharePoint workflows
  • Creating workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer and/or Visual Studio.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Minimum of 5+ years Microsoft SharePoint (2010/2013/2016) and 5+ years SharePoint Online (Office 365)
  • Experience in SharePoint, including design, development and implementation of complex work flows and site collections
  • Experience and familiarity with SharePoint Online development patterns and practices, along with a strong understanding of PowerShell, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and client-side development tools and how these and other technologies relate to SharePoint
  • Experience with analyzing and executing migrations to SharePoint Online
  • Proficient in extending and customizing SharePoint Online
