Overview

SoluStaff is actively recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Fort Washington, PA. Ideal candidate has experience leading sales efforts and prospecting in the IT Recruitment / Staffing or IT Consulting industry.  Time will be spent in our office and on the road conducting meetings, building accounts, and working with the recruiting team.  This position is both hunter and farmer, though predominantly focused on new account generation.  This is a full-time role, with salary and commission, health benefits, 401k and PTO.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage customers that utilize third-party IT consulting and staffing firms.
  • Contact existing customers and prospects to identify opportunities for SoluStaff service offerings (IT Staff Augmentation, Permanent Placement, and Permanent Placement)
  • Build long term relationships and gain the trust of customers through various techniques inclusive of, but not limited to, cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Network, build and maintain relationships with customer’s IT Hiring Managers, IT Managers, C-Level, and HR Departments.
  • Interact with customers to identify and document position requirements, interview follow-ups, etc.
  • Manage and update sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Prospect for new accounts utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and others
  • Becomes an expert on our customers’ business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve agreed upon goals of company.
  • Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2+ years in account management / sales role within an IT Services company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Extensive experience in LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools
  • Self-starter that takes action without being instructed
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Office 365 and MS Office Suite
