SoluStaff is recruiting for a full-time Project Manager (Office 365) for its customer located in Center City Philadelphia. The Project Manager will be responsible for conducting business analysis, migration planning and implementation support for an Office 365 migration project within our customer’s Project Management Office.


  • Work closely with customer Project and Program Managers, and department liaisons as directed.
  • Perform project planning activities related to discovery, scheduling, deployment and post-migration phases of the Office 365 project
  • Prepare and format various Excel documents.
  • Schedule Kick-off meetings, prepare meeting materials and record meeting minutes.
  • Analyze and summarize migration readiness documents.
  • Compile and analyze post-migration survey results using on-line survey tool.
  • Work closely with the project team on continual improvement of the migration process.
  • Create business process and/or work flow diagrams using Visio ,when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, information technology/science or a closely related field with a minimum of seven years’ total work experience.
  • 3 + years of work experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working on IT projects for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 for Business
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer-service oriented
