    SoluStaff is recruiting a full-time ServiceNow Business Analyst to assist its customer, located in Albany, NY, expand its ServiceNow environment.  Our customer recently implemented ServiceNow and has the following ITIL-based processes implemented to date: Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Request Management and Service Catalog and Service Portal.  Our customer needs assistance implementing the following modules / processes: Problem Management, Facilities Management, Change Management, Discovery, CMDB, Service Watch, and Project Portfolio Suite.  Candidates must have verifiable experience, within the last two years, participating in the implementation of the modules identified. 

    Responsibilities

    • At least 3 years’ experience with requirements gathering, documentation and management, specifically creating business and functional requirements and specifications and requirements traceability matrices.
    • At least 1 year experience in information technology methodologies including working with developers, operational staff, service desk staff, and business users.
    • At least 3 years’ experience and proficiency in facilitating meetings and interviews with end users at all levels of an organization
    • At least 1-year Experience communicating in a professional manner with Executive Management
    • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with staff
    • The ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders
    • Experience with working on projects utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile Project Management methodologies during large scale enterprise projects.
    • Conducted at least 3 multi-year projects, or 5 or more projects less than 12 months in length
    • At least 1 year of experience with creation of formal test cases and scripts
    • Basic understanding of ITIL v3 best practices

    Qualifications

    • IIBA or PMI-PBA certification
    • Experience with Microsoft Visio or Navvia creating business process flows and cross-functional flowcharts
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio effectively and efficiently
    • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Captivate, SnagIT, WebEx, Biscom SFT
    • Experience creating training content including documentation and videos
    • Facilitating user acceptance testing
    • Experience writing and communicating user stories to subject matter experts and developers.
    • Experience utilizing ServiceNow Geneva Release or later
    • Experience performing business analysis for ServiceNow related project efforts
