SoluStaff is actively recruiting an Oracle EBS Time and Labor consultant for its Philadelphia-based client.  The Oracle EBS Time and Labor consultant will be required to provide analytical, configuration and support for the Client’s ongoing Oracle Time and Labor module project, which is nearing completion of build.  The consultant will be responsible to review existing documentation and development, gain an understanding of the Client’s business requirements and participate in continued refinements and assist in testing activities.


  • Provide guidance in managing the support of the Oracle eBS Time and Labor module and coordination between members of the team and the client as needed. Responsible for client request analysis, ongoing support coordination as well as all tracking and reporting of resource time.
  • Responsible for the design and configuration of any new features and functions based on approval from the Application Architect and/or Project Manager.
  • Responsible for testing the application prior to handing off to the business for final testing any changes.
  • Responsible for creating the appropriate test cases and scenarios to be used during testing for any change.
  • Responsible to assist Client in testing application changes.
  • Responsible for maintaining configuration and CEMLI documentation as needed and creating documentation that meets the client’s standards.
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from the business as needed for ongoing refinements.
  • Responsible for reviewing and refining all area related functional design documents.
  • Ongoing Support of the eBusiness application modules for Time and Labor or other applicable work.
  • Problem solving in support of the eBusiness application environment and operation.
  • Fulfill eBusiness related application requests.


  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Program Development methodologies and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBS) module of Oracle Time and Labor.
  • Knowledge of other Oracle modules such as Human Resources and Advanced Benefits, and related application/infrastructure software needed to support the Oracle eBusiness HRMS Modules is strongly preferred.
  • Analysis skills.
  • Oracle eBusiness configuration and extension development/support skills.
  • Testing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly review and understand the existing eBusiness application with focus on Time and Labor to be able to appropriately support and solve application errors and problems.
