Overview

SoluStaff is actively recruiting a professional information technology trainer that specializes in the design, development and delivery of effective Microsoft Office 365 end-user training for large enterprises.  The individual will be responsible for building and executing a training strategy and plan for a client migration to Microsoft O365.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver highly effective Microsoft O365 end-user training for approximately 20,000 employees.  
  • Create and maintain an approved O365 training presentation, handouts, and any other required training materials. 
  • Assist with the uploading of training videos into an LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Work with O365 Project Manager and designated department/unit leads to schedule training. 
  • Conduct 60-90 minute end-user training sessions:  approximately 3-4 sessions per day; 3-4 days per week.  
  • Deliver lecture-style with some occasional one-on-one Executive training.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating and delivering IT end-user training curriculums
  • Highly proficient with MS O365 and Office 2016, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with web-based Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to create web-based surveys to evaluate effectiveness of training and utilize relevant data to support recommendations for curriculum modifications
  • Experience working with project/program managers
  • Must excel at communicating and be experienced in adult learning techniques.
  • Must have an excellent, broad-based knowledge and understanding of Microsoft O365 cloud products. 
  • Familiarity with latest Microsoft O365 product functionality and any updates released.
  • Possess Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or Adult Education from an accredited university; Master’s degree preferred. 6-10 years of applicable experience providing end-user training for large scale technology initiatives.  Proven experience with IT end-user training and/or related adult education.  Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) preferred.
