SoluStaff is actively recruiting for a full-time Kronos Administrator (Time Management) for our client in Brooklyn.  This position is primarily responsible for the technical implementation and on-going support of the Kronos Time Management system.  This includes system administration, application support, technical support and integration.




  • Coordinate and manage tasks for the implementation of the system.
  • Establishes and communicates standards for the project to the user community.
  • Performs and documents project tasks on a regular basis
  • Recognizes system problems when they arise and repairs either hardware or software as appropriate. Reports serious problems to the appropriate MIS Staff and documentation the issue and resolution.
  • Maintains log of all system/interface problems encountered.
  • Communicates with all levels of users and assists in Quality Control
  • Interfaces with Department Managers/Timekeepers and Payroll Staff to determine workflow and Union requirements
  • Interfaces with the Database Administrator and Technical personnel to assure coordination of tasks.
  • Develops and maintains MIS and policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety and environmental standards pertaining to that system.
  • Serves as the central contact person to report and follow-up with Kronos vendors on problems encountered while using the system, (this includes maintaining the problem/case log and all hardware and software documentation provided during the installation process).
  • Participates in software installation and patch upgrades.




  • BS in Computer Science Required or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with the Kronos required, preferably V6.0.
  • Application/System Administration Experience-at least 2 years of previous experience (software support experience.
  • 1-2 years of Systems experience and/or Health Care experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or only under general direction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to establish attainable goals, objectives and work plans.
  • Ability to organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies.
  • Technical PC skills required
  • Knowledge of SQL,
  • Experience with MS SQL Server,
  • Experience with Windows Server 2003 System Administration
  • Requires going to multiple sites, installing and maintenance of Computer Systems; Requires on-call duty, holidays and nights.
