SoluStaff is actively recruiting a Epic Resolute Implementaton Specialist (Charging and Billing) for a large healthcare organization based in New York City. The Epic Resolute Implementation Specialist (Charging and Billing) is responsible for the build, configuration and print configuration of reports from Epic’s ADT/Prelude, Cadence and Resolute Hospital Billing.  The Epic Resolute Implementation Specialist (Charging and Billing) will support the implementation of Charge, Claims, Statement and Remittance processes as well as work queue processing, reports and dashboards.



  • The Epic Resolute Implementation Specialist (Charging and Billing) will be expected to have a full understanding of the revenue cycle and the revenue cycle as it pertains to Epic
  • Will be expected to support functions pertaining to billing, claims, payment posting, insurance and guarantor follow-up, remittance processing, denial management, management reporting and dashboards
  • Have knowledge of:
    • Claims Charge Router and Charge Processing
    • Claims Rules Editing (CDF)
    • Claims processing
    • Remittance processing
    • Configuration of AR buckets, workflows, adjustments, statements
    • Configuration of Payers and Plans
    • Building Account, Charge, Claim, Review Work queues
    • Follow-up processing and Write-offs
    • Revenue Reports , Report Work-bench and Dashboards (Radar)
  • Testing: configuration, integration, end-to-end including downstream
  • Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives


  • Certification in the following modules:
      • Resolute HB 2014
      • Resolute PB 2014
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working on prior EPIC software implementations
  • Must be knowledgeable in ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Identity, HIM/Coding Deficiency modules
  • Must be knowledgeable in Orders, CDM, Charge Router,   HIPPA health care transactions, HL7 transactions
  • Strong understanding of the build, testing and implementation of Epic Systems
  • Expertise in workflow and business analysis skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clinical and other IT
  • Strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment and take direction as supplied by management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.)
