Overview

SoluStaff is actively recruiting a Epic Reporting Specialist (Reporting and Dashboards) for a large healthcare organization based in New York City.   The Epic Reporting Specialist (Reporting and Dashboards) is responsible for the build, configuration and deployment of Epic Reports and Dashboards spanning multiple Epic modules – ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing and HIM Coding Deficiency.  This position requires a seasoned health care professional who has a deep knowledge of revenue cycle management as well as Epic Application reports, Reporting Workbench, Clarity and Radar for Dashboard development.

Responsibilities

  • The Epic Reporting Specialist will be expected to have a full understanding of the revenue cycle and the revenue cycle as it pertains to Epic. Will be expected to be knowledgeable of
    • Application reports from
      • ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, HIM/Coding Deficiency
    • Reporting Workbench
    • Clarity Reports
    • Radar
    • Configuration of report/user matrix
    • Configuration of user/printer matrix
  • Testing: configuration, integration, end-to-end including downstream
  • Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Certification in :
      • Reporting Workbench 2014
      • Radar  2014
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working on prior EPIC software implementations
  • Must be knowledgeable in ADT/Prelude, Resolute HB, Resolute PB, HIM/Coding Deficiency modules
  • Must be knowledgeable in HIPPA and HL7 transactions
  • Strong understanding of the build, testing and implementation of Epic Systems
  • Expertise in workflow and business analysis skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clinical and other IT
  • Strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment and take direction as supplied by management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.
